postgraduate from the Escola Superior de Magistratura de Santa Catarina (ESMESC), Master’s in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), training in conciliation and mediation by the Judicial Academy of the TJSC (CEJUR). Degree in Letters (Spanish - English) by the Centro Regional de Professores de Uruguay (CeRP del Norte), and in Bilingual Executive Secretariat (English - Spanish) by the Crandon University Institute of Uruguay (UC), extension courses in Law and Innovation, and in Internationalization of Organizations from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR).

Member of the Law and International Relations Commission of the OAB/SC in the triennium 2019-2021; mentor in international contracts for companies participating in internationalization missions (ANPROTEC); partner of the PEIEX-SC Program in the qualification of exporting companies since 2017, and member of the VIA Research Group - Knowledge Station of UFSC since 2020.

Born in Uruguay with more than 20 years of academic and professional experience in that country, where she worked as an employee of the Judiciary and as a language teacher for 15 years.

10 years of experience in International Law, acting with precedence in advising and consulting for individuals (migratory law, nationality and foreign investment), and legal entities (contracts, international business and internationalization of companies).
